My long-term goal is to become a director of human resources management. Of course, this goal will take me many years to achieve. After graduation, I want to become an assistant of human resource management, step by step, from assistant to commissioner to manager, and finally to director.

To achieve my long-term goals, I must first achieve my short-term goals. In order to achieve my short-term goals, I should constantly improve myself in the following aspects.

First of all, I should improve my ability and theoretical knowledge, apply for the six modules of human resource management under the systematic study of human resource managers, and get acquainted with the industry elites. Also, reading books on human resources is necessary. To be more specific, I will read more books on various systems and processes, for example, HR reference books, psychological training on emotional intelligence, emotional control, management team management, etc. and keep several professional reference books on hand.

Secondly, I am going to attend some HR training or salon activities specifically to broaden my network: headhunters, HR colleagues, professional consultants from consulting companies, professional lawyers and legal consultants, etc.

Last but not least, I will do some internships related to human resource management, take the initiative to participate in department meetings and internal sharing meetings, and visit more business departments to learn about the company’s business, main business and the needs of various departments.

The threshold for HR entry is not high, but it is not easy to achieve success. I will work hard to learn professional knowledge, and do some internships in my spare time to find the future development path of HR, clarify the development path, pay attention to the improvement of professional ability and experience, find the right direction and grasp the opportunity.
